The weather is warm and balmy but preparations for the 2007 Polar Plunge Winter Festival have begun. February 3, 2007 will find thousands of crazy, dedicated plungers at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront running into the frigid Atlantic Ocean to support the atheltes of Special Olympics Virginia!
